Kenyan cuisine is heavily influenced by the country's diverse ethnic groups, including Kikuyu, Luo, Kalenjin, and Maasai, among others. Malika Cuisine celebrates this diversity by bringing together various ethnic groups' culinary traditions and sharing their stories.
We offer some of the most popular Kenyan snacks, including samosas (filled with deliciously flavoured meat), and mandazis (a type of fried dough similar to a doughnut).
When it comes to meals, we offer Kenyan cuisines that feature stews and curries made with meat or vegetables, served with a side of chapati (similar to roti and flatbread) or rice.
With our Taste of Kenya Boxes, you can expect the same bold and authentic flavours that reflect Kenya's rich culinary heritage. These boxes offer perfectly portioned ingredients and recipes to take the stress out of meal planning and grocery shopping.
Whether you're looking to try something new or want to indulge in familiar flavours with a twist, Malika Cuisine is the perfect place to experience the diverse and delicious world of Kenyan cuisine.
At Malkia Cuisine, you can expect bold and authentic flavours that reflect Kenya's rich culinary heritage. But the experience doesn't stop there - our Conversation Space is a great opportunity for individuals in the diaspora to connect with their roots and discuss Kenyan culture and tradition.
